Bi-Election

On Saturday we will be going to vote in a Federal bi-election. The sitting Member, who was re-elected just a few months ago, left office after he was no longer part of the Federal Governing Party. If you stand as a candidate and are re-elected, surely you should continue to fulfil the trust implied by the electors. Elections are an expensive exercise and this one could have been avoided.
