A new Coach has been appointed to the Cricket Club for the up-coming season. He is one of the local members of the Club, and a fine top order left-hand batsman. Although this will be my first full season at the Club, it will be interesting to see the Club's progress under new leadership. The new coach lead a few training drills last season, and I was exhausted, at their conclusion. So it should be a good season of development, and fitness.
For the other guy's training commences on Sunday 29th July. For me the start will be early September, when training commences on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
I do enjoy cricket, and that places me right in the middle of a wonderful mission field!!!
Matthew 9:36-38 When he looked out over the crowds, his heart broke. So confused and aimless they were, like sheep with no shepherd. "What a huge harvest!" he said to his disciples. "How few workers! On your knees and pray for harvest hands!" (Message)
