A couple of weeks ago, Gwyn bought an Electronic Sudoku Game for me. It is about the size of a mobile phone, and has been lots of fun for me. Although I am not very quick, I am now starting to see missing numbers without over concentration.
Simple joys are the best!!!
Psalms 19:1-3 (NIV)
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge.
There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.

Do you think it's ok for Christians to spend time playing with toys?
Doesn't sit comfortably with me.
Toys are as much a gift from God as anything else.
Would you say that a learning experience was unChristian.
The imitation of Jesus has as much to with fun as it has to do with serious stuff. It is all to do with what motivates you and does this express your acceptance of God's unearned grace which He has wastefully lavished upon His people.
Toys can aid re-creation so that one can be a more useful vessel when the time is right.
May God's grace & peace be woth you.
Each minute you spend distracted with entertainment and toys, untold souls end up in Hell.
There is no time for playing!
Take your eyes off your toys and redirect them to God.
I suppose toys or games that encourage you to memorise Bible verses are ok, though.
