Alone

The reality of what is can be of great comfort, or a major point of distress. When decisions are made from an office fortress that has limited or no understanding of a physical environment, then distress is bound to occur.

I marvel at a lack of connectedness, that I have witnessed recently. Without going into detail, decisions have been made without all the available evidence being considered. For the people involved a deep sense of disconnectedness, has flourished with regard to the decision makers. Even worse than this is the loneliness, and abuse, that these people feel. This is a point from which, these people will struggle to recover. The overflow from the Churchill Fires, are so far reaching that, an office fortress mentality, is like being an alien in the environment.

Psalms 102:7 (NIV)
I lie awake; I have become like a bird alone on a roof.
